I bought a wifi extneder (netgear model N300) from bestbuy. Followed the instructions which ended up with having to go to a website (acquired from the printed instructions) which doesn't exist, but, voila! a number to call (first flag - website doesn't exist).

I spent over an hour on the telephone with Netgear support and they couldn't either. But I don't believe that their support knows their equipment very well, they could only give me script type answers and when the script didn't work, they didn't know what to do. Really not a good experience. I returned the product.
