Even when I leave the app store hoping the apps will automatically update nothing happens. I have to manually update all. I am on ios 10.1.1 and still have the same problem.

Same problem. My daughters have the iPad4, will only update software to the 10.3.3 version so like everyone else, the eBay app won't update/work.
