Best bet would be to download custom rom based off touch wiz and apply a theme and custom launcher and in your case it would be mi home launcher.

Calls are definitely not as crisp without the HD voice going through. Wi-Fi Calling is still the preferred calling method. I can assure you this is just regular calling.
