The Speed-Bot is a character that appears in the Sonic Underground television series. It is a roboticized tortoise-like robot made up of some of the fastest creatures on Mobius. Although Dr. Robotnik knew that it was not as fast as Sonic the Hedgehog, he still used the Speed-Bot as bait, announcing the Mobius Challenge Race in which the winner would be proclaimed the fastest being on Mobius
