Dota 2 Network won't connect Hey, I'm playing from India. Been tryong for hours but Dota 2 won't connect to the servers, both in the normal and the reborn clients.

I have to start my game over and over again, and again its been like this since the rubick patch and since then I've figure it out I have to restar my dota about 5 times or so, then restart steam, start dota 2 test, and only after that dota starts up. Dear diary, im waiting for dota 2 let me play for 2 days, im starving but still look at the empty loading screen, dont lose my hope to see the bright future. Someday it will be fixed.
